Come and enjoy our fully equipped, beautifully decorated luxury condo in beautiful Bonita Springs/Estero in southwest Florida! This second-story unit with 14 ft vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms/bathrooms, and all the modern amenities you'll ever need for your next fun filled, relaxing get-away. Enjoy the stunning lake and golf course views from the large master bedroom or the full panoramic view from the spacious living area that features 12ft sliders that open completely onto your private lanai.


The master en suite bathroom features double sinks, a linen closet, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Your guests will enjoy the second bedroom located at the front of the unit, including their own large bathroom with tub/shower. A pull-out, queen-sized bed in the living room ensures comfortable accommodation for up to six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, washer/dryer, and all the latest technology comforts, including flat-screen HD, smart TVs, Cable, High-Speed Wi-Fi internet, and an entertainment center, including access to your Netflix account. Located just a few steps from the front door is a heated pool/spa and grilling area.


Spring Run is a gated, golf community conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples in the award-winning community of The Brooks. Spring Run features a 72-par private championship Golf Course, perfect for any level of player. An optional Golf & Country Club membership transfer fee gives you and another person unlimited, full access to the driving range, putting green, and all the amenities of the newly renovated full-service Country Club. Our Newly Expanded & Remodeled Club House offers Fine Dining, Indoor & Outdoor Dining & Bars, Resort Style Pool & Spa, Fire Pits, Lighted Tennis & Bocce Courts, a Pro Shop, Fitness Room & Library. Memberships are available to the Commons Club and The Rookery Restaurant. If vacationing between May and October, you will benefit from the opportunity to play for cart fees only at any one of the 40 golf courses in the area under the reciprocal program.

Within walking/biking distance to Coconut Point outdoor mall, featuring over 140 stores , a wide variety of casual and fine dining options, live entertainment, and a 16-screen movie theater. Enjoy outlet shopping at Miromar Outlet Mall or upscale shopping and dining at Mercato Naples, 20 minutes away.


A short drive away is the award-wining white sandy beaches at Bonita Beach, named one of the nation's 10 best.  You will find everything you need in the condo for you to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach, including beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a beach wagon cart, and a cooler bag.

All rentals are subject to HOA approval, which requires payment of application fees (not included in rates). Occupancy is granted only after HOA approval is received. Additional Florida State (5%) and local occupancy tax (6%) may apply, depending on your length of stay.
